I'm leaving St. John's Wort because the sun is getting stronger and I'm too light sensitive. Instead I'll be going back to Sam-E, but I take Valerian Root at night to sleep. Can they be used on the same day?. Thanks.
S-Adenosylmethionine - Can Sam-E and valerian be mixed?

As long as you only take those two products and there are not any additional drugs or supplements taken in addition to the two you mention you should be just fine.

Yes. I currently take both of these supplements. I’ve been taking them for quite awhile. Doctors recommendation.
Hi, Booetta!
The Drugs.com Interaction Checker gave this result:
https://www.drugs.com/interactions-check.php?drug_list=2563-13454,2284-0
"Interactions between your drugs
No interactions were found between your selected drugs. This does not necessarily mean no interactions exist. Always consult your health care provider."
To be sure you'd also want to ask your pharmacist, doctor, or a naturo/homeopathic doctor.
