I accidentally took two doses of tikosyn at 9 am now it's 9 pm; do I take my 9 pm dose as usual ?

Yes, also overdoses of Tikosyn is not a good thing. I put all of my medications in a pill container that has the days of the week and AM, NOON and PM listed on the boxes so that all I have to do is look at the pill box to see if I have taken my meds, not only do I not overdose I can see if I took them.
