I accidentally took two 200mg tabs of hydroxychloroquine should I b concerned?

It is a good idea to advise the prescribing physician whenever one uses more or less than the prescribed amount of a medication.
However, in general terms, taking 400 mg of hydroxychloroquine is within a safe range for most people. In fact, for some people, this will be the dose they are prescribed.

I realize this answer is a bit late but may help someone in future. If it was just a one off double dose it is okay... provided you went back to the prescribed dose. All the best.
