What can I do to bring the BP up?
I accidentally took 2 25 mg metotoprol tartrate with my dinner and now my BP is 69/45?

If you haven't already done so go to the ER. That's way too low of a BP.
You unfortunately can't do anything to bring your blood pressure up quickly.
However, the emergency room
can administer an EEG and go from there.

Thanks, bestpup! I ended up not going to the ER, but if this ever happens again, I will know what to do and will head to the ER, immediately!
