My normal dose is 25mg Lexapro in the am, but I accidentally took an extra 20mg after dinner (had pill organizer upside down, don't ask!)- what should I expect? And should I take the usual or lower dose tomorrow morning?
I accidentally took extra dose of Lexapro after dinner- should it be OK?

I did something similar to that with my meds. You can call a pharmacist and ask them or if that’s not possible call the Poison Control Hotline, especially if you are on the highest dose for that medication. They asked me questions about how I felt and told me some symptoms I may have. She said that I either had to go to the hospital or call her back every hour. I chose to call her back every hour. I called her twice that night and I felt fine. During the second call she said I didn’t need to call her again and that I was going to be fine.
~ I had taken my morning meds again that night instead of taking my night pills.
