I am looking to treat paranoia and tendency to come to conclusions not based in reality. Kind of like a psychosis. Im already on seroquel and lamictal.

Do you mean using Abilify instead of Seroquel or in addition to it? Abilify can be prescribed for paranoid/delusional disorder but the recommendation is that only one medication in the antipsychotic category should be taken unless the benefit greatly outweighs the risk.
