I want too get off 30mg off mirtazapine,as I hate the eating all the time and increased weight gain, also forgetting more, waking up all different hours and times throughout the night.
Sometimes I'm awake and struggle to get back to sleep.
I don't like the vivid dreams.
I think they are too strong.
I believe they've made me feel a lot worse and I'm still suffering the anxiety, depression, stress, irritable leg syndrome.
Is 3 days enough too wean down from them?
As I want my doctor to change them.
I am on 30mg off mirtazapine and I want too get changed to another brand.

Hi, Anne!
30mg is a middle of the road dose and depending on how long you've been on it you really should inform your doctor first. They can advice on a safe tapering dosage. At the same time you'll need to get a prescription for an alternative medication.
Again, much depends on how long you've been taking it. If a a short time, are these initial temporary side effects or are they chronic? Have you been on it long enough for the medication to become fully effective? That can take 6-8 weeks and anxiety disorders are slower to respond.
I agree they're not doing you much good as is!
Best regards, Wildcat
