Curcumin is a bright yellow chemical produced by some plants. It is the principal curcuminoid that comes from the turmeric plant. Curcumin is classified as a herbal supplement. Studies involving herbal supplements and drug interactions are limited and inconclusive. Check with your doctor first before taking Curcumin.
