Can I take 200 bupropion every other day due to increased appetite?

That's probably not a good idea as you wouldn't be getting the full daily coverage that you need to maintain a therapeutic level of the medication.
Increased (or decreased) appetite affects about 1-10% of users as a side effect. How long have you been taking it because if it's only been a short while this side effect could resolve.
Otherwise you might consult with your doctor about taking 100mg every day to see if that's an option or what other alternatives might work for you.
