I took 2 pills about 4 hours ago, which definitely helped my migraine, but it's still there and it's bad enough that I cant really concentrate. My doctor's office is closed, and I'm curious -- on this rare occasion (this is my first migraine) is it okay to take another 2 pills later today, but still within the 24 house time frame?
Can I take more than 2 Excedrin Migraine pills in 24 hours?

One Excedrin is the same as one normal-strength Tylenol, a normal adult aspirin (325 mg), and caffeine. (I'm fairly sure that's the dosage, but you probably want to double-check the package just to make sure.) So you can take them every 6-8 hours, just be sure to keep track of your total consumption of each drug.
