Hi, mom! I'm about 99% sure that we're not going to be able to identify this tablet as it's almost surely from a generic house and these products are not included in most Identifiers.
Did you get the tablets from your veterinarian or through a pharmacy? They would have records of their purchase and the manufacturer and the pills could be special ordered for you.
Meanwhile, the product should also be available through a number of houses as furosemide is a very common generic.
