Is it okay to take 1 tylenol pm and a flexeril together? I took the pm an hr ago?

Using Tylenol PM together with Flexeril may increase side effects such as drowsiness, blurred vision, dry mouth, heat intolerance, flushing, decreased sweating, difficulty urinating, abdominal cramping, constipation, rapid heart beats, confusion, and memory problems.
