Important warnings

Tell your doctor if you use other medicines or have other medical conditions or allergies.
Get emergency medical help if you have signs of an allergic reaction: hives, difficult breathing, swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
Call your doctor at once if you have:

signs of infection--fever, chills, sore throat, body aches, unusual tiredness, loss of appetite, easy bruising or bleeding, severe stomach pain, diarrhea that is watery or bloody.
Common side effects may include:

stomach bloating;
-
feeling weak or tired;
-
diarrhea; or
-
chills.

General adverse events
- Very common (10% or more): Abdominal distension (up to 31.1%), constipation (up to 14.4%), diarrhea (up to 10%)
- Common (1% to 10%): Flatulence, nausea[Ref]
Gastrointestinal
The most common adverse reactions reported in at least 5% of patients included abdominal distension, fatigue, constipation, chills, and diarrhea. In clinical studies, most adverse reactions occurred within 10 days of starting treatment.[Ref]
Other
- Very common (10% or more): Fatigue (up to 22.2%), chills (up to 11.1%)[Ref]
