Systemic adverse reactions have not been reported with methoxsalen topical.[Ref]
Dermatologic
Dermatologic side effects have included mild to severe burns and blistering of the skin. The most common adverse reaction is severe burns of the treated area from overexposure to UVA, including sunlight.[Ref]
