- Very common (10% or more): Tachycardia/sinus tachycardia (10%)

Decreased neutrophil count (33%)
An absolute neutrophil count (ANC) between 500 and 1500 cells/mcL developed in 33% of patients during clinical studies. No patients developed an ANC less than 500 cells/mcL and there were no reports of infection associated with neutropenia.
Hypersensitivity
- Postmarketing reports: Hypersensitivity/anaphylaxis
Musculoskeletal
- Very common (10% or more): Back pain (10%), neck pain (10%)
Nervous system
- Very common (10% or more): Headache (up to 24%)
Other
- Very common (10% or more): Pyrexia (up to 19%), weight gain/increased (14%), otitis externa (14%), fatigue (10%)
Respiratory
- Very common (10% or more): COVID-19 (30%), upper respiratory tract infections (27%), sinusitis (up to 19%), respiratory tract infection (14%)
