Cardiovascular
Postmarketing reports: Myocarditis, pericarditis[Ref]
Dermatologic
Uncommon (0.1% to 1%): Hyperhidrosis
Rare (0.01% to 0.1%): Night sweats
Postmarketing reports: Rash, Angioedema, pruritus, urticaria[Ref]
Gastrointestinal
Very common (10% or more): Diarrhea (up to 10.7%)
Common (1% to 10%): Nausea
Postmarketing reports: Vomiting[Ref]
Hematologic
Uncommon (0.1% to 1%): Lymphadenopathy[Ref]
Hypersensitivity
Postmarketing reports: Severe allergic reactions (including anaphylaxis), other hypersensitivity reactions (e.g., rash, pruritus, urticaria, angioedema)[Ref]
Local
Very common (10% or more): Injection site pain (up to 88.6%), injection site/localized swelling (up to 11.8%), injection site/localized redness (up to 10.4%)[Ref]
Metabolic
Uncommon (0.1% to 1%): Decreased appetite[Ref]
Musculoskeletal
Very common (10% or more): Muscle pain (up to 45.5%), new/worsened muscle pain (up to 39.3%), joint pain (up to 27.5%), new/worsened joint pain (up to 23.8%)
Postmarketing reports: Extremity (arm) pain[Ref]
Nervous system
Very common (10% or more): Headache (up to 64.9%)
Uncommon (0.1% to 1%): Lethargy
Frequency not reported: Bell's palsy, facial paralysis, syncope[Ref]
Other
Very common (10% or more): Fatigue (up to 70.1%), use of antipyretic or pain medication (up to 50.8%), chills (up to 41.5%), fever (up to 17.8%), fever of 38C or higher (up to 16.4%)
Uncommon (0.1% to 1%): Asthenia, malaise[Ref]
