General adverse events
The most common adverse reactions occurring in greater than 5% of patients included itching, chills, redness, rash, cough, and runny nose.[Ref]
Dermatologic
- Very common (10% or more): Itching (10%)
- Common (1% to 10%): Rash, redness[Ref]
Immunologic
- Very common (10% or more): Anti-drug antibodies to COL7 or human type VII collagen (72%; significance unknown), anti-herpes-simplex virus type 1 antibody formation (75%; in patients who were seronegative at baseline)[Ref]
Other
- Very common (10% or more): Chills (10%)[Ref]
Respiratory
- Common (1% to 10%): Cough, runny nose[Ref]
