Resmetirom may increase the blood levels and effects of tovorafenib. This can increase the risk of side effects such as bleeding problems, skin reactions, including sensitivity to sunlight, liver problems, and slowed growth in children. Talk to your doctor if you have any questions or concerns. Let your doctor know immediately if you develop side effects including coughing up blood or blood clots or red or black stools that look like tar, new or worsening skin reactions, or fever, chills, joint pain or swelling, unusual bleeding or bruising, skin rash, itching, loss of appetite, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, dark colored urine, light colored stools, and/or yellowing of the skin or eyes. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.
