If you are currently being treated or are going to begin treatment with ipilimumab, you should let your doctor know before receiving RSV vaccine preF3, recombinant. Ipilimumab can cause potentially serious immune-related side effects and receiving RSV vaccine preF3, recombinant during treatment with ipilimumab may increase that risk. Your healthcare provider may already be aware of the risks but has determined that this is the best course of treatment for you and is monitoring you closely for any potential complications. You should seek immediate medical attention if you experience severe diarrhea; serious skin reactions such as a widespread rash, peeling skin, or blisters; signs of liver problems like yellowing of your skin or eyes, or pain on the right side of your abdomen; lung issues such as shortness of breath, chest pain, coughing, or extreme fatigue; kidney problems like difficulty urinating, sudden weight gain, or swelling in your feet, ankles, or legs; or thyroid and other endocrine issues such as fatigue, sluggishness, constipation, depression, hoarseness, or unexplained weight gain.
