If you are currently being treated or have recently been treated with decitabine, you should let your doctor know before receiving tuberculin purified protein derivative. Depending on the dose and length of time you have been on decitabine, you may have a reduced response to the skin test. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.

Food may affect the absorption of the cancer drug (decitabine) in this medication. You should avoid eating for 2 hours before and 2 hours after taking cedazuridine-decitabine.
