K1 (Kytril 1 mg)
Generic Name: granisetron
Pill with imprint K1 is White, Three-sided and has been identified as Kytril 1 mg. It is supplied by Roche Laboratories.
Kytril is used in the treatment of nausea/vomiting, chemotherapy induced; nausea/vomiting, postoperative; nausea/vomiting, radiation induced and belongs to the drug class 5HT3 receptor antagonists. There is no proven risk in humans during pregnancy. Kytril 1 mg is not a controlled substance under the Controlled Substances Act (CSA).
