    Default several pills needing identification

    1. round,white,with PLIVA 430 one side other side is scored.

    2.round,white,with 20 one side other side is scored withF/L

    3.Also same as above but much smaller with 10 instead of 20 and other side same as above.

    4.oblong,white,one side scored with M/B3 other side scored with 5 5 5

    5.capsule that is half blue,half white,with imprint of CPM over PSE

    6.round,white,with COR over 138 other side is scored with a x

    7. oblong white with WATSON over 349 other side is scored

    8 small round tannish-brown with 2103 over a V or check mark

    Pliva 430 is 10mg Metoclopramide
    (Reglan(R)) has a number of uses. Metoclopramide helps to control and relieve symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease such as heartburn. It is also used to help people with poor motility of the stomach and intestinal tract. Metoclopramide helps to relieve nausea and vomiting associated with the treatment of cancer, surgery, or certain intestinal procedures.

    FL 20 is 20mg Escitalopram (Lexapro) an antidepressant
    FL 10 is 10mg Escitalopram (Lexapro)
    M B3 555 is 15 mg Buspirone, a non-benzodiazepine med that treats anxiety
    CPM PSE is De-Congestine Extended Release (8 mg chlorpheniramine and 120 mg pseudoephedrine). It's an antihistamine and decongestant

    Cor 138 is 4mg Tizanidine Hydrochloride, a muscle relaxant
    Watson 349 is Hydrocodone/APAP 5/500mg (generic vicodin)
    2103 V is 50mg Amitriptyline (generic Elavil) an antidepressant

    thank you so much .I have had these pills sitting around in different places and of course with no bottle.Between me my better half and our 20 yr old daughter we can get a lot of meds.The better half suffers from post tramatic stress from Vietman and our only child suffers from OCD,near bi-polar,near manic depression.and I think schizo-affective disorders.I am a nurse at a local mental facility and I do not know what all the dirrerent pills they have tried.I really do appriciate your help. Again Thank You!!!
