    Default may have an answer

From what I can see it looks like it's a pill from the Pharmaceutical company Parke-Davis. It could either be an oral contraceptive or a blood pressure medication from the numbers you listed. I couldn't find the exact numbers only numbers in very similar patterns, (i.e. PD 527 on one side and 5 on the other). If you're still looking for more answers, check the Parke-Davis website. You can google it and usually find what you need.
    Have a good day.

The tablet is 5 mg diazepam according to one reference. I can't confirm the information, and I suspect the tablet is very old.
