Inavolisib (applies to inavolisib) diabetes

Moderate Potential Hazard, Moderate plausibility. Applicable conditions: Diabetes Mellitus

Treatment with inavolisib may cause severe hyperglycemia. The safety of inavolisib in patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus or type 2 diabetes mellitus requiring ongoing antihyperglycemic treatment have not been studied. Patients with a history of well-controlled type 2 diabetes mellitus may require intensified antihyperglycemic treatment and close monitoring of fasting glucose levels.

Inavolisib (applies to inavolisib) hepatic impairment

Moderate Potential Hazard, Moderate plausibility. Applicable conditions: Liver Disease

Inavolisib has not been studied in patients with moderate to severe hepatic impairment.

Moderate

Inavolisib (applies to inavolisib) renal impairment

Moderate Potential Hazard, Moderate plausibility. Applicable conditions: Renal Dysfunction

Use of inavolisib has not been evaluated in patients with severe renal impairment (estimated GFR less than 30 mL/min). Dose reduction is recommended in patients with moderate renal impairment (estimated GFR 30 to less than 60 mL/min) due to significantly increased exposure.
