For Organ Transplant, Rejection Prophylaxis "Have been using sirolimus 2 mg every day for 20 years now, since 2005, following a liver transplant. Has been great with no obvious side effects, unless possibly diarrhea on occasion. Just about every medicine can cause diarrhea. I would not be comfortable trying any other substitute when I am so pleased with this medicine."
