For Rheumatoid Arthritis: "I had tried piroxicam and nabumatone for my joint pain. They did not help as well. I was taking tramadol 2-4 times a day in addition to the NSAID. Since starting Salsalate 2 months ago I am now taking tramadol just 1-2 times per week. I have noticed a significant difference in my joint pain, swelling, and even morning stiffness."

Disalcid (salsalate) for Rheumatoid Arthritis: "Took three or four days before it began to work. Works about a 6 out of 10--not too bad. It takes a toll on stomach though."

Disalcid (salsalate) for Osteoarthritis: "I have tried every NSAID on the market and this is the only one that I have found that works. I have fewer bad days and more good days that are closer together."
