"I had this ointment (lido/tetra 23/7) applied 60 minutes prior to RF micro needling (Morpheus8), which SUCKS, and again when I went back in to have my lips, cheeks, and jawline injected with Juvederm…which also sucks. It started to tingle and got slightly warm about 15-20 minutes after applying it, but there was no discomfort. My entire face was numb…like NUMB…after a full hour and stayed numb for 3 or 4 hours afterward. In fact, it didn’t fully wear off for 6 or so hours. As for its effectiveness, there were areas of my face that felt like it had been injected with lidocaine and not just applied as a cream. I didn’t feel ANYTHING during the laser resurfacing. As for the injections, it took away like 90% of the pain and made it much more bearable. Some places I didn’t feel anything, but there were a few spots that MILDLY stung, but nowhere near the normal pain. I will never get any elective procedures done without this cream again. It’s a game changer."
