"After using all conventional anti-nausea medications, I called a teledoctor. I am vomiting daily from nausea. I have a lesion in my brain. Even the doctor said this would sound strange. But taking rubbing alcohol wipes and breathing in the fumes lightly for 10-20 minutes has a great effect reducing the need to vomit. I found a medical study showing it to be non-hazardous to pregnant women. Also, a study compared 30 minutes of 70% isopropyl alcohol fumes vs. Ondansetron or both. 70% isopropyl alcohol fumes were found to be quite effective. It's a hard balance though. I find it makes my headache worse if I breathe the fumes too deeply or frequently."
