For Opioid Use Disorder "I am on my second day of using zubsolv. When I got out of bed this morning (after having slept 7 solid hours!) I felt a little groggy but ready to start the day. No diarrhea , night swears, achy bones, or litharge . Unbelievable drug. I have tried detoxing half a dozen times. But got so deathly ill that I had to go get more opiates just to feel normal again. This addiction grabs a hold of u and reins your life in a very short period of time. My advice... Forget the home remedies , find yourself a good addictionologist, and start to live your life again . I'm not afraid to go to bed tonight, that in its self is a miracle."

For Opioid Use Disorder "I was an intravenous Heroin addict for 4 long years. After going in and out of detox and rehab facilities, and overdosing twice, I stumbled across Suboxone. My dealer had a couple weeks worth and asked me if I was interested. I bought all of them in place of my usual 2 grams of Heroin. I waited as long as I could before taking my first dose. After about 38 hours, and intense withdrawal symptoms, I placed the film under my tongue. Within about 15 min, the medication hit my bloodstream, and I literally felt like a magic fairy whispered away my addiction. I took the Suboxone for about two weeks and then found a doctor, who switched me to Zubsolv 11.4 mg. I’ve been sober now for a little over a year, and I couldn’t be happier. Zubsov is a miracle medication that literally saved my life! I have zero side effects from it. Thank you Zubsolv, for giving me my life back!!! xoxoxo"

For Opioid Use Disorder "I don’t understand all the negative reviews on Zubsolv. I started on Suboxone and recently switched to Zubsolv with no problems. It works just as well as Suboxone and I haven’t had any side effects. If it’s the same medication I don’t see why so many people are having problems..."

For Opioid Use Disorder "I'm on day 3 of completely no zubsolv after, 3+ yrs. Of weaning off . Before that I was taking suboxone for 5 yrs. This was after 10 yrs. Of narcotic pain medication . It has been a very long ,hard battle . I suggest working very close with a good doctor & an extensive treatment plan for support. I just want everyone struggling to quit for good, YOU CAN DO IT!"

For Opioid Use Disorder "I've used heroin for 2 years after one year it became a everyday thing I was so hooked and scared to stop using as the withdrawals were horrible - it made me so scared not to have heroin. Being so tired of wasting money and disappointing my family I got the courage to call a Dr I found from suboxone.com..he prescribed zubsolv After a week on zubsolv I woke up one morning feeling in such a good mood I felt like I didn't need anymore opiates in my life and have so much more goals in life now!! And I can actually see me progressing in life and having the good things it offers....DONT BE SCARED TT GET HELP JUST DO IT!"

For Opioid Use Disorder "Our insurance only covered Zubsolv, so our first day was on Tuesday, and 4 days later and we feel AMAZING! BUT, make sure before taking this you are in moderate withdrawal or you WILL get horribly sick! We’re taking 5.7 in the morning and then half of that in the afternoon for now the dr said. My first time taking it, I didn’t take it right. Make sure you place it under your tongue, do not open your mouth or speak for 15mins, and DO NOT swallow during the 15mins.I also suffer from depression and anxiety super bad, and this is literally a miracle medication. Helps me stay clean, tastes great, and I feel how ‘normal’ people would feel.Depression is GONE, anxiety, I remain calm while on Zubs. I can’t believe we didn’t try this sooner. Get in a program, take these as prescribed, and I swear you will get your life back! I was never on suboxone to start with, so I really can’t compare the two. We have our lives back, and our marriage is great. Goodluck!!!"

For Opioid Use Disorder "Hey guys! I wonder if the release dates of Zubsolv and Suboxone were reversed and Zubsolv came out 1st would all these stories be the same.I had been on pain pills since 2009, with severe neck and back pain from a oil tanker accident. Oct 2016 after all the pain clinics started closing and I got fed up with withdrawals. I started buying subutex, they weren't the greatest but I wasn't sick. Then I found another friend to buy strips from. I was talking 2-3 a day. In Feb 2017 I found a clinic and my insurance only covers Zubsolv. I felt 4 sure they wouldn't work. 1st couple months I kept using, Dr told me give 1 month clean and see. Well it's been 4, I feel great!! I'm on 8.6am and 5.7pm! Can hold my wifes script for oxy 15mg and NOT TOUCH THEM!"

For Opioid Use Disorder "I was on methadone 100mgs/day for 12 yrs, & switched to Suboxone almost 3 yrs ago. I tapered down on the methadone to 40 mgs over 6 days, AMA before switching to 24mgs/day of Suboxone. My methadone clinic said I was going to regret not doing a slower taper, but I had HAD IT with methadone. I had maybe a few days where I didn't feel great, but it wasn't like full withdrawal. I just got switched to Zubzolv & honestly it works just as well as Suboxone. Reading what some people have written, I have to wonder what part of your experience with any medication comes from your expectations. I went off methadone with the point of view that most bad symptoms would be in my mind, so I stayed really positive & had no problem. Stay positive! ✌"

For Opioid Use Disorder "I can say this medication has saved my life. Over and over again, every single day. I started off on suboxone for over a year and my dr switched me. And like any other addict I was freaking out about it not working the same. I had so much anxiety about feeling any sort of withdrawal or not feeling good. But soon after starting it my worries all disappeared. It worked wonderful. I've now been clean for over 2 years since starting my treatment. I absolutely love Zubsolv it really has saved my kid's mommy ❤ t"

For Opioid Use Disorder "So I've been on Suboxone 8mg 2x a day for the last 3 years. Of course my insurance decided they weren't going to cover suboxone anymore so it kept going up in price every month. Finally when it got up to $124/month I decided to ask my doctor what I should do and he sent me over an RX for Zubsolv 5.7/1.4 2x a day. I've only been taking it for 2 days but I really like it. No withdrawals no horror story to tell like many others. I don't discredit the other people who had a hard time switching, but I haven't at all. So at least try it for yourself before you knock it! If something changes I will update my response! I really like the taste compared to suboxone and it dissolves way faster. Still cost me $65 but the insurance companies just suck. I wish everyone on these types of meds luck!! Recovery is awesome whether you were dependent or addicted!"

For Opioid Use Disorder "It is great for opiate addiction withdrawal. And to stay off opiates. You do not have withdrawal and do not feel the opiate high while taking. I took suboxone for 6 years and zubsolv for 2. I have been off all for just over 3 weeks and finally starting to feel normal. I do have to tell you it can get your life back together but at some point you will want to stop. Withdrawal is just as bad stopping zubsolv as opiates. The first 9 days for me were horrible. And I knew what I was in for. Not to discourage anyone. But hang in there it will get better. You may feel like time has stopped for a couple weeks but for what its worth you'll be free and clean."

For Opioid Use Disorder "I have been on methadone 40 mg for two years and dropping myself down to 5 mg it took 2 years to get to 5 mg then I went to zubsolv 5.7 . My first experience was it got me high , I mean real high , nose itching off and euphoria out the ass . I am still feeling weird 12 hours later and I've only took one pill all day . This stuff is strong , I've taken suboxone and never felt like this , it tasted horrible though and zubsolv tastes way better . I'm giving it a try , will likely break mine in two cause it's so damn strong . I don't like feeling like this all day . But I will say I haven't been in any pain or any withdrawal all day but feel drugged out and sleepy 12 hrs later . I think it's gonna work for me but I am going to break it in two ."

For Opioid Use Disorder "First I would like to state that I've read. the comments & reviews on zubsolv in this thread, and I have to say that I think the positive reviews are BS. I think the pharmaceutical company paid people to write the reviews. Zubsolv is horrible! 3 hours after taking my dose I go into full-blown withdrawal. I'm in a long-term treatment center and everyone who has switch from suboxone to zubsolv mirrors what I'm saying. No matter what is being said, the Buprenorphine in zubsolv is not the same as Suboxone. Zubsolv is great if you want to be in withdrawal all day. Thanks, but no thanks"

For Opioid Use Disorder "I was on Suboxone for the past 5+ years, first on the original, orange, stop sign shaped pills(2years), then switched to the Suboxone Strips for the past 3&1/2 years, but recently had to change to Zubsolv, due to my insurance no longer covering any other form of buprenorphine, other than Zubsolv. At first, I was very nervous about it, since I was taking 24mg per day of the strips & the Zubsolv equivalent was only 17.1mg per day(3- 5.7/1.4mg Tablets). I decided to just keep an open mind & not get to caught up in the different mg totals, since Zubsolv is better absorbed. It took a few days to get used to, but I honestly can't tell any difference, other than taste "

For Opioid Use Disorder "I'll be 100% real. Zubsolv is terrible. They claim that Zubs and subs are the same strength, however not true. When coming off/withdrawing SWIM can usually take a half to 3/4 8mg strip of subs (possibly a full strip if SWIM relapse is bad enough) and then they will feel fine. However they recently tried ZUBSOLV with the directions of only needing to take one ever so and so hours. After waiting the correct amount of time SWIM took the Zubsolv as instructed and soon after the withdraws came. After waiting an hour and a half the withdrawals had emerged with full on sweats, vomiting, etcetera so they took a second one and after about another hour the vomiting had stopped yet cold sweats and shaking were still present it wasn't until after a 3rd Zub was taking that my friend was even able to take a deep breath and finally sit up straight and not have to be in the restroom. And yet still had sleepless nights, finally went back to subs and after a half of one had no complaints. So if your thinking about switching don't. The taste may be better but wow who cares what it tastes like, it's about being able to function without withdrawals and without cravings. So all in all don't waste your time, your health, your money, and your sanity on ZUBSOLV."

For Opioid Use Disorder "For 2 days I took suboxone film (8mg) and the taste a long with the long dissolve time was dissatisfying. So my doctor switched me to zubsolv (5.7) and I could not be happier; the taste is amazing and it dissolves in 3-5 minutes not to mention (a long with a coupon) I received my first prescription for free:)."

For Opioid Use Disorder "Recently switched to Zubsolv 8.6 after 3 years on 12mg Suboxone strips. My doctor and I had discussed making the first move in the weaning process, and when my insurance no longer would pay for Suboxone but would pay on Zubsolv, this seemed like the most natural progression. It is reported that Zubsolv has greater bioavailability than Suboxone. For me it has thus far been a fairly smooth transition. I continue to have no cravings, nor have I experienced any W/D symptoms."

For Opioid Use Disorder "I switched to Zubs after being on Subs for 3 months. They are so much better. I'm not sure if people understand the dosing though. It's not a lower dose than Suboxone. Zubsolv has a higher concentration therefore the 5.7/1.4 is equal to the 8/2. The two medications are identical except Zubs taste a lot better and dissolves faster. I, like most of us, was a very heavy user, and I don't start to feel withdrawal symptoms after taking my Zubs for at least 3 days. I didn't read through all the posts, but the few I did, the people were still using, so of course you're going to experience withdrawal faster...you're still using!!"

For Opioid Use Disorder "Well I've been an heroin addict for approx. 8 yrs n now have been taking suboxone strips for 2 months, at 8mg 2 daily. I felt like some days this just wasn't enough not to mention the horrible taste I couldn't help but drink something which I think was diluting it, so the doc switched me to zubsolve at the 5.7 mg 2 daily however gave me a few extra for my days not wanting my tolerance to grower higher (thx doc) that's a good doctor, however I've been on them about a week now and only took a 3 rd one I believe 2 times. I like the taste much better but I am noticing my blood pressure is much to high n I feel just blah. IDK but got 3 more weeks to go so I'm gonna try to take them the rite way, meaning no drinking or swallowing take them at the same time I'm suppose to and then see how it helps. I must say tho this drug has saved my life whether it's this or suboxone it helps keep me clean from heroin. On the drug dreams have finally stopped thank god!! Don't give up people."

For Opioid Use Disorder "I was in a horrid motorcycle accident and ended up having to take almost 8 10mg Norco a day to feel good/normal. I went to a doctor who told me the Norcos were causing the pain now and I needed to get off. Skeptical but hopeful I tried the doc's plan. First 3 days I was on Subutex which I started as soon as my withdrawals started and it took 2 pills before my withdrawals stopped after about 10 minutes. I continued on that dose for 2 more days and then started Suboxone strips and after about 6 months my doc switched me to Zubsolv. I cut down Zubsolv, as tolerable, from 2 pills a day to a quarter pill then quit. 4 days later I think I'm feeling a lot better but I still need more time to normalize. Hope this helps!"

For Opioid Use Disorder "I switched from Suboxone to Subsolv and have had no problems. My insurance was canceled on me, and I had to look for a cheaper alternative, and Zubsolv has been it so far for me. Zubsolv has a WAY better taste over Suboxone, for me it was a mind over matter thing. I got used to the Suboxone, and the taste of it made me know I wasn't going to feel bad anymore, so I didn't mind it. Zubsolv is the same exact thing, but different taste, so don't let that freak you out. Its a very minty clean feeling after you take it. I've almost forgot to brush my teeth in the mornings because I had a good taste in my mouth from Zubsolv. Keep your mouth closed for a long time, after you put it under your tongue, don't even talk, or you will screw up your dose"

For Opioid Use Disorder "I have been on Suboxone & generic Suboxone for about 2 years. I was paying $300 a month for the generic tabs. This type of drug is a miracle for getting you away from a terrible lifestyle immediately! The Suboxone, I feel is hard on your teeth and the taste is bad for most people. Today is my first day on Zubsolv, I now have insurance and monthly cost is $35!!!!! Taste is much better and it dissolves very quickly. I feel great and just saved SO much money!"

For Opioid Use Disorder "I tried this before and it gave me headaches and got me restless and wore off in a few hours and was a horrible negative experience. Of course that wasn't true but if they were to get that P.A. back saying, if the patient just wants suboxone because that's all he's known and used and doesn't want to switch, 100% guarantee deny. They said unfortunately more times than not insurance companies deny these P.A. Requests, I was scared especially after reading so many comments on here about my same situation and it brings horrible! I prayed! The next day, Thursday, my Doctor called and said...... I WAS APPROVED!!! WOO! So guys, YOU CAN appeal an insurance decision to only trying to cover zubsolv and not suboxone like you're used to , it was easy and fast!"
