Started sertraline 50mg on the 3rd of May, after a couple weeks my mood had elevated significantly but after a couple weeks of that good mood I dropped back down. My dose has been increased to 100 due to that. It's been 4 days, anyone know how long it'd usually take?
Zoloft - Upped my dose from 50 to 100mg, how long would it usually be to take effect?

Hi mate, how long did it take? How you feeling now?
I have been taking Zoloft (sertraline) for several years now and I also needed to increase my dose. For me the effect of the increases didn't take as long as when I first started on it, I think in about a week to ten days I noticed I had less anxiety. I'm now on 200 mg/day along with mirtazapine at night as it really helps me sleep. I am definitely able to recognize and mitigate my anxiety better. My method of mitigation is meditation which has become crucial for me. Anxiety crept into every area of my life and by making meditation a daily habit every area of my life is more manageable. I hope this helps you have genuine, unconditional peace.
I agree with Lilulio. It takes much less time than when starting the initial dose. A week or two should do the trick.
I have just started looking into meditation myself to help with my anxiety
