Can you take trazadone 50mg and naproxen 500mg?

Yes
You should be able to take trazadone and naproxen together. They both are for types of pain. Try taking one without the other and see how you feel. And if you still have pain take the other one. Usually you would end up prescribed something else that would help your pain, check with your Dr.
