I have a 13 year old Rott who has hip and joint pain. I want to ease her pain as much as safely possible.
Can you give hydrocodone to dogs? If so, what dosage?

I have a scrip for Hydrocodone 10/500. Is that safe for her?

Absolutely not. Because there is tylenol in it, and tylenol is poison to dogs. You can get doggie aspirin for joint pain, or your vet can prescribe something.
Do NOT give your dog hydrocodone! The aceteminophen (sp?) can be deadly to our beloved canines. As maso said, call your vet.
(you can give baby aspirin to your dog)
(hydro contains acet... oh heck, tylenol, hydro's contain tylenol)
Baby Aspirin will make his stomach bleed just had a appt at my Vet and he said STOP Giving it to him, And put him on Hyerocod for dogs much safer and he is like a new dog now,

Hello Debbie 1956, I love dogs, but I would suggest you call the Vet first before doing anything with your faithful companion. I know your dog is in pain and it must hurt you, but as I said before, do not give your dog anything until you call the Vet first.
