Can you use clotrimazole & betamethasone cream for itching under heavy breasts?

It is probably yeast from being warm and moist. The clotrimazole is ok, I wouldn't put a steroid cream on it however, it can make it worse. I use corn starch under mine and it heals up the redness and itching rapidly. Then I keep using it to keep the area dry.
Someone told me years ago not to use cornstarch because the yeast will actually feed on it. Make sense?
