My daughter has been give these large yellow oval shaped tablets with 3P2 imprinted on one side. I have advised her not to take them until I can identify them. She was told they would help with her periods

its called mefenamic acid. i've been prescribed this for years to help with cramps and they work like a charm with no draw backs. mine is 500mg tablets and I've been advised to take one 3 times a day with food .
Just under the drugs.com logo is a light blue banner with several clickable tabs, one is a pill identifier. Click that and it will ask color, shape and any markings and it will tell you what it is. Then you can click drugs a to z on the same banner and it will give you all the info on it.

i found a pill just like this one in my 17 year old daughters bag . oval pill yellow with 3p2 printed on one side . did search but nothing came up ! any ideas ?

Menisci Acid for period pains. A friend of mine was prescribed it, its mostly for girls with the contraceptive implant but anyone can use it.
