Answers
That would depend on what you are treating and the severity.
The eye drops are different.
Fucithalmic is an antibiotic eye drop only.
Tobradex is an antibiotic and steroid combination eye drop.
Steroids should only be used in the eyes under the supervision of an eye specialist. This is because they can cause serious eye infections and glaucoma if used inappropriately.
Your doctor or eye specialist will be able to advise you. All the best.
