What would cause such burning when administered, I'm using it in cream form(NIFEDPINE 0.3%lidol.5%)?diagnosed with a fisher in rectum
NIFEDPINE 0.3% lidol.5% cream used for anal fissure - why does it burn?

It's more the cream base which is causing the burning. Nifedipine and the local anesthetic shouldn't cause the burning. If this is available in ointment form it'll be better ... perhaps won't cause burning.
