Name brand extended release bupropion is sold as Wellbutrin XL in the USA and Canada. The pills are imprinted Wellbutrin XL 150 or 300 in the USA and WXL 150 or 300 in Canada.
In the rest of the world, the brand product is sold in various countries under different names. Some of the more common names are Wellbutrin XR, Voxra and Elontril. All of these other brand variations are imprinted GS 5FV on the 150 mg pill and GS 5YZ on the 300 mg pill. If you do an image search on these brand names, you'll see a number of images of the pill you are concerned about.
A proper Canadian pharmacy sells the Canadian version with the WXL imprint. However, ordering from most of these online operations will get you a pill with the "international" imprint.
I don't know if it matters which version you get. I notice that all the pills are the same shape, size, color and surface texture. They appear to use the same extended release reservoir delivery system. They are all technically the brand product. I personally feel more comfortable with the American or Canadian pills because there really aren't any questions about origin or quality control, but I suppose the ones with the international imprint should be equivalent.
