I have a blue tablet and one side as the stamp DC 10 and the other side is blank. Does anyone know if these are diazepam and if they real or fake ? They come in actavis blister strips?

That is correct. Your pills are Diazepam 10 mg (generic Valium) manufactured by Actavis UK Ltd.
