That is Doxycycline 100 mg. these are malaria anti biotic tablets for traveling. I have a ton left from my time in Southeast Asia. You take them before, during, and after travel to countries at risk with malaria.

I can not find a match for this imprint, your best bet is to take it to the pharmacy, they might be able to help you ID it for you.
