I have muscle weakness and fatigue. Could this be an interaction between atorvastatin 40mg every other day and CoQ10 daily ? I’m also taking pantoprazole 40mg every other day. Any information regarding this information would be helpful

Statins block your bodies coq10 that is why you need to supplement. Taking your 40 atorvastatin every other day is odd , kinda like turning off the pump one day and opening it wide open the next . Doesn't get you any where but fun to do. Pantoprazole is probably the reason. No acid to do the job it was meant to do takes a toll on your body. Talk to your doctor!
They don't interact.

You may want to double check with your Pharmacist.
Atorvastatin can cause the breakdown of muscle tissue, which can lead to kidney failure. Call your doctor right away if you have unexplained muscle pain, tenderness, or weakness especially if you also have fever, unusual tiredness, or dark urine.
Muscle problems may be more likely in older adults and those who have kidney problems, thyroid problems, or take certain other medicines.
