It can be considered that. The correct name is mylan A or A4. It is for anxiety. Like a Xanax. But in order to be a Xanax "wagon wheel" it has to say mylan on it. If u go to the pill I'd on the top of the page, type in round: white in the boxes it on the 3rd page.
im trying to find out the same thing. mine has cross on back and EP 230 on it. i was told it was a 2 mg xanax, same as a xanax bar. im taking it to pharmacy to be sure. let me know if yours looked the same thanks!
Hey concerned dad38,
You can check the pill indentifier on this site found in the blue tool bar above. Type in the name xanax or the generic name alprazolam. There are some 9 pages of pill picutures for the generic. You may find it easier to go to the pharmacy.
Good luck and if you find out it is a prescription drug be firm and honest with your children, they need you especially if they are addicting drugs,

Hi there
I'm sorry but i've never heard of xanax wagon wheel and cant find it on the pill identifier. Was it your friend who told you it was that or your kids friend?Unless it's a generic form of xanax that i cannot find but i would suggest if you are concerned bring the tablet to your pharmacey, they should be able to tell you exactly what it is. Sorry i could'nt have been more help.
Good luck with finding the info you're looking for
