Hi, Mir!
Most people see improvements within the first two weeks or so and it can take 4-6 weeks to feel the full benefits of the medication.
Are you taking it because another antidepressant has/is causing problems or are you taking it alone to treat the dysfunction?
Be patient... things should be better soon.

I was misdiagnosed with schizophrenia so I take anti-psychotics which have affect my libido.
