Bcause of the shortage of higher dose I have taken 3 months of 0.05 and had no side affects and lost about a 1lb week. I am now on the second week of 0.10 and am really miserable with reflux, indigestion, especially at night. Could I alternate between 0.05 and 0.10, or even just use 0.05?
Wegovy - reverting to 0.05 dose, I am not tolerating 0.10?

A doctor is a better person to ask about the dosage. A friend once suggested drinking Essentia alkaline water for acid reflux/Gerd and I have doing that for about three years. Before that I took Prilosec which caused panic attacks and didn’t really work that well plus they say those type of medications may cause dementia/Alzheimer’s later on.
