It was a terrible mistake. I started again back on 30 mg for 18 days now. I am using Ativan to help with the excessive shaking and crying. When will I feel better? I will never do this again

I hope you feel better soon. I have been struggling with changes and it is tough. Stay with it ❤️
You took Paxil as well? If so, how did you feel?
I have tried it. It was not the right one for me. I didn’t stay on it for long the nausea was too much on this one. I have been trying to find the best antidepressant for myself over the last six months. It’s been difficult. Everyone works differently for everybody.
You saying that you’ve took several AD for the last six months just increase my anxiety even more lol. My heart rate got elevated. This is my first time taking AD (Paxil). It’s been about 3 weeks now but no effect. I’m still waiting, praying and hoping that Paxil is going to help me out, because I wanna be outside. I haven’t left my house for years. I have SAD, GAD, MDD and agoraphobia.
I am different from you though. Probably older and everyone’s different. You’ll feel better soon!
I’m only 19 years old
feeling better thank goodness
Hey smlm
It should take at least 4-6 weeks for your body to get re-adjusted to the medication. Did you take 30mg prior weaning off?. If so, then you should be alright and side effects should be minimal. Give the medication time to build up in the system again. Stay safe bud. Hope you feel better soon.
Yes 30 before the weaning. I knew better than to stop and yet I did. I have been on it for ten years and always felt some sort of shame having to take it, stupid I know. So the old story... hey I feel good! I don't need to take paxil anymore! The anxiety and depression and trembling and nausea is hellish. Everything in the mind is magnified. I have ativan to help but it is not magic. Ty so much TyreseTI for responding. I feel so alone
I’m so sorry that your symptoms came back. I know it’s rough weaning off these medication especially Paxil. You’re not alone, I’ll be here. Just take it easy.
How much weight did you gain? Since you was taking it for 10 years.
10lbs
Oh alright. I’m currently taking Paxil 10mg/a day (week 3). Patiently waiting until Paxil kick in. Fingers cross that this medication help with my SAD, GAD, phobia and MDD. I’m only 19 and my anxiety crippled my entire life. I wanna be able to live normal.
yes, I know what you mean, Just want to be myself again.
You will be yourself again. It takes time, you’ll get there again. Fingers cross. I will be here 24/7 if you need to talk.
for me paxil is a great drug. It was my pride that stopped me from taking it and I am paying for it. I will never stop it again.
Yeah. I’m hoping that it works for me. I just wanna be outside and live a normal life.
