I typically take my pill everyday at 6pm tonight I forgot and took it around 7:30.. does that mean I should take 2 tomorrow? I’m confused on how much of a time frame I have to take my pill.

If you mean 19:30, then a few hours does not mean you need to double up. Just continue as if you took it on time, & try to take it on time each day. It is only the progesterone only pill that only has a 3 hour window.

So does the Vienva birth control have a 3 hour window? Sometimes I forgot and take it a little later than 6pm. I just really don’t want to get pregnant
