I have a ball python with some skin irritation on her tail. I have some vetericyn, but I can see that it expired last month. I want to soothe her tail, but is it dangerous to use vetericyn if it's expired?
Is Vetericyn harmful to use after the expiration date?

Hi, emily! No, it's not. Medications are good for at least a few months after expiration, if not longer. They don't go *bad* over time, just lose some potency.
You should be fine with what you have
Good luck with your ball; I'm a snake gal myself!

I'm not afraid of them, but I can't imagine them being warm and snuggly. Give me a dog any day, lolol
Thank you!!
Aww, mama, I have a lovely 14ft reticulated python that loves to cuddle! I used to have a lot of cats and pocket pets too... Just kidding! LOL!!
My ball python loves to cuddle and get kisses. She was actually raised with a cat and loves affection, she even purrs!
All my critters ~ cats, dogs, birds, snakes ~ were all raised together and get on just fine. My snakes though, being constrictors, are never out unattended. :-0
