The right imprint is TCL 083 they are Sennosides.

"Pill with imprint TCL 083 is Blue, Round and has been identified as Sennosides (sugar coated) 25 mg. It is supplied by Time Cap Laboratories Inc.
Senna is used in the treatment of constipation; bowel preparation and belongs to the drug class laxatives. Risk cannot be ruled out during pregnancy. Senna 25 mg is not a controlled substance under the Controlled Substances Act (CSA)."
