I am not sure if I took my 100mg today and am wondering if I did take another 100mg would I be ok with 200mg sertraline in one day if I did indeed take my normal pill.
I typically take 100mg of Sertraline daily. What would happen if I accidentally took 200mg?

You are probably better off just skipping todays dose rather than doubling up in case you did take it. I use a med box with the days of the week for this very purpose. If I cant remember whether or not I took my pill, I just look in the box, if it is empty, I took it, if not, I know right away because the pill is there!
Hello JoDee17. In regards to the first part of your question, if you have not yet doubled your dose if possible avoid the increase. Your motor functions as well as cognitive will or might be impaired depending on how sensitive you might be to the SSRI. The medical community depending on which country you reside in will suggest and recommends in regards to psychiatric medications, such as Sertraline/Zoloft, to not double up on the dose.
