Copiktra (duvelisib), from Verastem Oncology, is a first-in-class, oral inhibitor of PI3K-delta and PI3K-gamma, two enzymes that boost survival of malignant B-cells (an overgrowth of a type of white blood cell in your immune system). It is used to treat two types of blood cancers in adults:

CLL/SLL and FL are common types of indolent (slow-growing) non-Hodgkin lymphomas (iNHL).
