How may times does a 25mg pill of carvedilol need to be cut to equal .5mg?

you cannot, you can only split a pill once maybe twice max, or else it starts to turn into powder and you will lose most of it by the 3rd split. I also can't think of why you would want to take .5 mg of Carvedilol.

I have to agree with PharmaGenius, you would need to cut it into 50 pieces which I doubt is possible and scales would have to measure to three decimal places.

Thank you..I certainly made a mistake I have the script for 25mg.. half it..take every 12 hours..thank you..
